Servitec Polystat 200 T Laboratory Hot Press
The hot press is designed for the high-precision manufacturing of fiber-reinforced composite structures, bonded joints, and other thermally activated laminates. Thanks to its digital control system, high pressing force, and precisely adjustable heating and cooling cycles, it delivers reproducible results ranging from single specimens to small-series production.
Applications & Equipment
Manufacturing of fiber-reinforced composite structures and bonded joints
Temperature-controlled pressing with programmable cycles
Technical Data
Press area: 200 × 200 mm²
Pressing force up to 200 kN
Heating capacity: approx. 4 kW per heating platen
Temperature range up to 300 °C
Water cooling with programmed control
Daylight opening: 145 mm
Closing speed: 5 mm/s
Laminating Workstations
Our laboratory offers the possibility to process pre-impregnated semi-finished products and impregnating resins in combination with various reinforcing structures. Among other things, fiber-reinforced prototype structures can be produced using the hand lay-up process, but also with vacuum support.
The often required tool production for this can also be carried out at the department.
